Review: Green Stuff World 1/144 Figures

Heyhey, it’s review time again! Today I’m taking a closer look at Green Stuff World’s new product range – generic modern/sci-fi 1/144th scale figures.

Showcase: Talisman Ranger and Wizard

Heyhey, here's a fun couple I got to do a while ago - Lovely oldhammer figures. I got them sent as "Talisman figures", so at that point I thought it would be figures from the 5th edition boardgame set. But no, I was quite surprised when I opened the parcel. And what a nice surprise it was. Great that I got to work with these classic plastics.

Hope you like them!

Showcase: Austrian Jägers

Heyhey, here's a quick one, but kinda neat. A lovely unit of Austrian Jägers for 1809. Figures by Perry Miniatures (really nicely cast this time, which is always neat), plus the kneeling ones are by ....Brigade Games, I think. They're based with Valor & Fortitude in mind.

The theme is to be autumn, I designed the ground accordingly, with less green grass, some leafs on the ground and so on and used a slightly darker, damper looking grey uniform.

Hope you like them!

Review: Offensive Miniatures

Heyhey, it's been a while since the last review, right? So here's a quick one about Offensive Miniatures' WW2 Waffen SS range.

Show Report: Austrian Salute 2026

Heyhey, it's been a while since the last update. The reason being that I was busy finishing stuff! I'm back now, and here's my annual show report of Austrian Salute.

Showcase: Dark Souls Gaping Dragon

Heyhey, it's time for some Dark Souls. This time it's just one figure, but it's a special one - the Gaping Dragon, from the Dark Souls boardgame expansion of the same name.

Showcase: Inquisitorial Retinue

Heyhey, here's a bunch of lovely classics from a bit after the turn of the millenium - Inquisitorial henchmen. A few of those I own in my own Witch Hunters collection, some of them I never worked with before. Either way, it was great painting them (again).

Hope you like them!
